I booked both the Sapphire Suite and the Ruby Suite together for a girls’ weekend and it was absolutely fabulous. With only the two suites within the one building, it was like having a town house in the centre of Birmingham. Both suites were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The thoughtful touches on arrival, including a bottle of wine and chocolates, were lovely. The facilities were excellent; everything from milk in the fridge, hair and beauty products, and access to LoveFilm to name but a few!
Booking was made so easy by Lindsay; she was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for both restaurants and bars. Jools Holland’s Jam House is a two minute walk away on the other side of the Square if you are looking for a good boogie, and Glynn Pernell’s Bistro and cocktail bar is just up the road. Shopping was a quick 10 to 15 minute walk away, as was the NIA and the Sea Life Centre.
I would highly recommend both apartments. We all had a fantastic stay, and I wouldn’t think twice about booking them again. Excellent quality and excellent value for money.

My family from Uganda needed a place to stay during graduation time and luckily we landed on this lovely apartment.
Lindsay had great communication skills so the whole process from booking to checking out was easy.
On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate, and the kitchen was fully stocked.
The property was modern with a bit of a home feeling. The city centre is a maximum 10 minutes’ walk; not to mention the 10% discount offered to guests from St. Paul’s Cabs.
There’s also a nice park right next to the Sapphire Suite in St. Paul’s Square where we enjoyed a short jazz festival during our stay.
All in all, we had a great time at the Jewellery Suites. We hope to stay with you again in the future.

This place was great value for money: very modern, well furnished (splendid fireplace), all rooms were a great size and I actually thought the pictures did not do the apartment justice and it was actually nicer than portrayed.
The building was safe and secure with window locks and double doors to lock; so you feel safe with young children.
Lindsay and her staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible, with breakfast special request and late check out request, neither of which were a problem.
Complementary wine and chocolates were left for us, which were very well received; and also a host of other little treats such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Bathroom amenities were also provided.
The location was great: 10-15 minutes’ walk to the city centre, convenient for public transport and a major supermarket. (The Cantonese on the corner is excellent too!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ruby Suite.
Lindsay was extremely helpful and everything was as described. There was even a little welcome wine and chocolate which was a lovely touch.
The Jewellery Suite are spotless and in a great location; so central to everything. We walked into town (the Bullring is a 15 minute walk) and in the evening we went to the Jam house (a 3 minute walk across Saint Paul’s Square).

My boyfriend was playing in the Men’s Roller Derby World Cup at the Futsal Arena in Birmingham over the weekend. We were after a place to stay for a couple of days to relax and hang out in Birmingham afterwards.
The flat is brilliant: lovely space, really nicely decorated, clean and tidy; close to town and great restaurants and bars.
Lindsay was great in terms of the process for getting the keys and communicating with us.
There were only two of us in the flat, but there was loads of space, so it’d easily accommodate 3 couples (although you might have to fight for the loo!).
I would DEFINITELY stay again if I was in Birmingham.

Very nice flat: comfortable, clean and well equipped.
We stayed for 2 nights for a work trip and it was ideal. I will definitely use the Jewellery Suites next time I’m in Birmingham for work or pleasure.

“The apartment was wonderful and was open, spacious, spotlessly clean and had a really homely feel. Everything you could possibly need was provided, meaning there was no need to bring any added extras for a stay here – unlike previous apartments I had stayed in.
“It is close enough to Birmingham city center to walk in if you know the city well (but would be less then £5 in a taxi if you didn’t); on the other hand, it is on the outskirts of the city so is away from the hustle and bustle of the center if a quiet stay is what you are looking for.
“The manager, Lindsay, was fab: really easy to get hold of and was great at communicating with me throughout the booking process and also throughout the rest of my stay.

“I was amazed by the high standards of the apartment when I first walked in.
“The lounge is spacious with a luxurious leather sofa. And the master bedroom, wow! A huge TV on the wall and a very comfy bed.
