Midland Whisky Festival — Fri 18 & Sat 19 September
Back for its 8th year, the “Best Fest in the West (Midlands)” aims to offer around 300 drams for you to taste from amongst the 40 exhibitors. The quality of Drams and Distilleries will be as high as ever, with a first class selection of exceptional “Dream Drams” to savour.
Based once again in Stourbridge, the festival is the opportunity for whisky lovers come and learn from the masters by watching one of their fascinating masterclasses.
Birmingham Chilli Festival — Sat 19 September
Now in its 5th year, Birmingham’s celebration of chillies from around the world returns to Brindley Place this September.
Featuring a range of stalls offering a selection of chilli inspired food, drinks & gifts, the festival is your opportunity to enjoy warming chilli sensations.
The climax of the festival will be the popular chilli eating competition between 3.00pm and 4.00pm, where 20 brave people will go head-to-head to see whose palate can take the most heat!
